30-day hassle-free returns on unused items. No restocking fees on most products.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following:
- Returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
- In original, unused, and resalable condition
- Includes all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Has not been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified
- Items purchased as “Final Sale” or clearance
- Consumables (solder, flux, thermal paste) once opened
- Custom-configured or special-order items
- Products with removed or altered serial number labels
- Software licenses once activated
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@turbo-techs.com or +1-236-613-3447 with your order number and reason for return.
- We send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1 business day.
- Pack the item securely in original packaging with the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Ship via a trackable carrier to our return address. We recommend insuring high-value items.
- Email us your return tracking number.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Allow up to 2 additional business days for your bank to post the credit.
Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue a partial refund for items returned not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. We will communicate this before processing.
Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges for defective or incorrectly shipped items. For a different model, we recommend returning the original for a refund and placing a new order for the fastest turnaround.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Warranty Claims
