Shipping Policy

How we get your order from our warehouse to your door — fast, safely, and with full visibility.

Quick Summary: Same-day dispatch on in-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM MT (Mon–Fri). Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $99. All orders include tracking.

Processing Time

Orders placed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) before 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) are processed and dispatched same day from our Sheridan, Wyoming warehouse, subject to stock availability.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Delivery estimates are based on business days and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, or peak periods — Turbo Tech is not liable for carrier-related delays once an order has been dispatched.

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders with a subtotal of $99.00 or more (before taxes, after applied discounts) shipped to the 48 contiguous states. The threshold applies per order and cannot be split across multiple orders.

Shipping Coverage

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available with a surcharge calculated at checkout. We do not currently offer retail international shipping.

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with your carrier tracking number is sent as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment on our Track Order page or directly on the carrier's website.

If you have a registered account, order history and live tracking are also available in your Account Dashboard.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged, do not discard the packaging. Document the damage with photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@turbo-techs.com or call +1-236-613-3447. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Large & Freight Items

Certain industrial instruments and heavy equipment may ship via freight carrier. If your order requires freight shipping, our team will contact you before dispatch to confirm delivery details and any lift-gate or loading dock requirements at your address.

Business & Bulk Orders

For bulk procurement, recurring orders, or business accounts requiring dedicated shipping arrangements, please contact our B2B team at support@turbo-techs.com or visit our Business Orders page. Volume-based freight rates and Net-30 terms are available for qualified accounts.
