We reserve the right to modify product listings, specifications, and pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices displayed on the website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you by email. We are not obligated to honor incorrectly priced orders.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or stock discrepancies
• Pricing or description errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to verify payment or shipping information

5. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and approved purchase orders (PO) for qualified business accounts. Payment is due at the time of order placement unless you have an approved Net-30 account. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all transactions.

For business accounts with Net-30 terms, invoices are due within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

8. Warranty
